Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request is approved.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Final sale items

• Used items

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be returned in original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
